The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen with ample space for meal preparation. The living room includes a TV, WiFi, and a pull-out sofa, providing a comfortable space to relax. The bedroom, located at the back, offers a queen-sized bed with a memory foam mattress, a closet, hangars, an ironing board, and an iron. The bathroom has been repainted and updated. Each side of the duplex is completely separated and fully equipped, ensuring privacy for all guests. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee, but must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All pet waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional cleaning fees will apply if there is evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, or waste found in the yard or home. Situated in the heart of historic downtown Columbus, this residential area is both quiet and safe, yet walkable to all downtown attractions. Whether visiting for a military graduation, a conference, or seeking a great long-term stay, this neighborhood offers convenience and charm. The house features a digital combo lock pad for convenient check-in, with the code provided upon arrival. Guests must be 21 years of age to book. Pets are welcome with specific guidelines, including crating when unattended and cleaning up waste. Additional cleaning fees will apply for violations of the pet policy.
