If the dates you want are not available, consider booking Unit 2, which is virtually identical and just as wonderful. If you have a larger party, you could also consider booking both units so you can stay near to your friends and family. This property is a duplex and you are booking Unit 1 of 2 units. Parking lot is shared among both units and back seating area is also shared. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV. Bringing pets? There's a $120 per stay per pet fee. Maximum of either 1 large animal 50-75 lbs or two small animals under 40 lbs. All pets must be kenneled and house trained. All pets must be leashed at all times if outside the home unless in fenced in back yard. All pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed of in our garbage receptacles outside of the home. All pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding and off sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injury caused by their animals. Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy and pet fees must be paid. Located near Downtown Corpus Christi, this home is perfectly positioned for those looking to explore the city’s vibrant shoreline and attractions. For stays over 7 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is required to help keep the space fresh. This is the same as the regular cleaning fee and will be collected after booking. Some TVs may have the streaming service already logged in but login credentials for any streaming services are not provided. To help you settle in, a starter pack of essentials including trash bags, dishwashing pods, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, creamer, and sugar is provided. These items are intended to get you started — any additional supplies beyond the starter pack are the guest’s responsibility unless your stay is 14 days or longer, in which case a mid-stay replenishment may be offered.
