This apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stovetop, microwave, and refrigerator, ideal for preparing light meals and snacks. Fresh linens, bath and hand towels, beach towels, starter soaps, and complimentary coffee are provided. Enjoy the convenience of a Smart TV in both the living area and bedroom, as well as a dining table and ceiling fans throughout. A shared laundry area is available for your convenience. Free parking for 1 vehicle is available in a designated space, and this is a pet-friendly apartment with a fee of $125 per pet per stay. Located just 2 blocks from the beach and within walking distance of top-rated restaurants and shops, this apartment offers direct access to the beach. Nearby restaurants include Kooky Coconut, Oma's Pantry, and Jake's Coastal Cantina. So many places are just a quick walk from the property, including the beach and great dining, but a car lets you venture out and see even more. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. The booking guest must be at least 23 years of age to check-in, and security will request an ID upon arrival. Check-in time is 4 PM EST and checkout time is 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. Guests can bring up to 2 pets, and they must be leashed when not inside or in the backyard. You must pick up after your pet, as pet feces left behind will incur a penalty of $75 per incident. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, we reserve the right to charge a $250 penalty. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) we reserve the right to charge a $125 fee for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
