Parking is designated for the Peach Retreat Suite, with spaces for two vehicles. The estate offers a 500 sq. ft. dock with a 10,000 lb. boat lift, electric/water hookups, and direct Gulf access through the Hendry Creek waterway for an additional charge and waiver. Although the Peach Retreat Suite is minutes away from the heart of Fort Myers, a vehicle is highly recommended to access all the area has to offer. Ride-share options and taxis are readily available as an alternative. Fort Myers' RSW international airport is a mere 20-minute drive, and car rental options are just outside the arrival hall. Guests have exclusive access to their Peach Retreat Suite and shared access to the estate's resort-style amenities, including the lagoon-inspired pool with lazy river jet system, sun deck with loungers and a tiki bar, outdoor kitchen with a concrete stone pizza oven, and large lawn areas each with a unique private seating area. All suites and common amenities are equipped with smart lock technology, providing private access to your suite and shared access to the communal games room. Occasionally, guests may encounter friendly landscaping and technical teams maintaining the property. A laptop computer is not included.
