The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature. It is recommended that the pool is heated in the months between October to May each year, and a 3-day notice is required before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. The pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. Located in a tranquil and inviting neighborhood in Peoria, this home is near the Peoria Sports Complex, State Farm Stadium, and casinos. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the nearby recreational options, including Lake Pleasant, numerous parks, and walking trails. Shopping centers, grocery stores, cafés, and restaurants are all nearby. No parties are allowed, and violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am.
