This family-friendly and spacious apartment features an open kitchen, a large living area with a Smart TV, in-unit laundry, and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with white cabinets, a double-door fridge, an oven, a stovetop, a dishwasher, a breakfast bar with seating for 2, a coffee maker, utensils, plates, glasses, and cabinet lighting. Linens, hand towels, bath towels, beach towels, coffee, and soaps are provided at check-in. Beach supplies including chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and a picnic basket are available. Enjoy direct access to the patio and ocean views from the spacious living area, which features comfy couches and a ceiling fan. One free parking spot is included with your reservation, and additional parking suggestions are provided. This is a pet-friendly apartment with pet-friendly amenities. An air mattress is available upon request for an extra fee. Local dining and fishing spots are just a short walk away. Enjoy direct beach access, approximately a 30-second walk from the apartment. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, and a legal ID along with a verification selfie must be provided as well. We allow one pet per reservation, but we do not allow pets more than 60lbs without prior permission. There is a pet fee of $175 for stays of up to 7 days, and for stays longer than 7 days, the pet fee is $250. Owners are required to pick up after their pets, and pets must be leashed at all times when outside the unit. A violation of either rule can result in immediate removal without a refund and an additional penalty of up to $400.
