This fully equipped bungalow features a full kitchen with an oven, stove top, microwave, and black fridge, along with natural wood cabinets, a coffee maker, and basic cookware. The living area includes a comfy futon, a smart TV, and a ceiling fan. Linens, hand towels, bath towels, beach towels, coffee, and soaps are provided at check-in. Free parking is available for 1 vehicle in a designated space. Pets are welcome with a fee of $125 for stays of up to 7 days, or $250 for stays longer than 7 days. Enjoy direct beach access and proximity to the intracoastal for fishing. Within a 2-minute walk, you'll find Italian, seafood, Mexican, and other dining options. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, and a legal ID along with a verification selfie must be provided as well. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal without a refund and a penalty of $400. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $400 penalty and possible immediate removal without a refund. Parties are not allowed under any circumstances, and in the event of a party, the police will be contacted, you will be removed immediately without a refund, and you will be charged a $400 penalty in addition to being liable for any damages to the unit.
