This ground-floor unit comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. This fully equipped bungalow features a full kitchen with an oven, stove top, microwave, and black fridge, as well as natural wood cabinets, a high-top dining table for 2, a coffee maker, and basic cookware. The living area includes a comfy futon, a smart TV, a TV stand, a ceiling fan, and a storage closet. The bedroom has a queen bed, a smart TV, bedside tables and lamps, and a storage closet. Linens, hand towels, bath towels, beach towels, coffee, and soaps are provided. There is a large walk-in shower with glass doors and a white wood vanity with a medicine cabinet in the bathroom. Enjoy the lounger area with 2 chairs and a table at the private entrance, as well as access to the shared ground-floor patio with picnic tables. This property is pet-friendly with a fee of $125 for stays of up to 7 days and $250 for stays longer than 7 days. Free parking for 1 vehicle is available in a designated space. With direct access to Indian Rocks Beach, this bungalow is also close to the intracoastal for fishing and within a 2-minute walk to Italian, seafood, Mexican, and other dining options. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. If you'd like to smoke you must go across the road or onto the beach. Any evidence of smoking (including smell) will result in a $400 penalty. Parties are not allowed under any circumstances. In the event of a party, the police will be contacted and you will be removed immediately without a refund, and you will also be charged a $400 penalty in addition to being liable for any damages to the unit. Owners are required to pick up after their pets, and pets must be leashed at all times when outside the unit. A violation of either rule can result it immediate removal without a refund an additional penalty of up to $400. Works may occur during weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps.
