One free parking space is available. Located just off of the I-5 freeway, the home is in the University District, a vibrant and dynamic neighborhood rich in culture, history, and youthful energy. The heart of the University District is "The Ave" (University Way), a bustling street lined with various restaurants, cafes, shops, and bookstores. Nearby Ravenna Park offers a peaceful escape with trails for hiking and jogging. The University of Washington campus features the beautiful Drumheller Fountain and the scenic Quad. Woodland Park Zoo, Washington Park Arboretum, Seattle Art Museum, Space Needle, Downtown Seattle, Museum of Pop Culture, The Seattle Great Wheel, Kerry Park, Pike Place Market, Seattle Aquarium, Chihuly Garden and Glass, Olympic Sculpture Park, Ballard (Hiram M. Chittenden) Locks and The Museum of Flight are all within a short drive. There are no parties or events allowed at the listing. If guests throw a party or event, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have extra guests that are not disclosed/reported in the initial booking, the booking party will be charged a deep cleaning fee which maybe between $500-700, and a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged, dependent on the size of the home. The home’s cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest. If the housekeeping crew finds an unreasonable mess or anything is damaged, an additional cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning or maintenance required. There is no smoking of any kind allowed at the property, including any form of cannabis or vape both inside the residence and in the outdoor spaces. If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $250 deep cleaning fee will apply. Also, please ensure that the number of guests matches your reservation, as each person generates more to clean. There will be a $50 fine per guest at the property in excess of the reserved number. Pets are not allowed at the property. Anyone found to have brought a pet of any kind onto the property will be fined $500 and asked to remove it immediately. In consideration of the neighborhood and other neighbors, guests must adhere to quiet hours (no loud music, loud talking or games) from 9pm to 9am daily.
