This apartment has a resort-style heated pool, a jacuzzi hot tub, a fitness center and a large outdoor fireplace, a BBQ area, and an arcade. It also features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, a washer/dryer, complimentary coffee, and a patio. Located in Glendale, right in the Westgate entertainment area, you can enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in one place, just across the street from the building. Ideally located close to different attractions, it is just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride anywhere! Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. No pets, parties, or events are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). There's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or firearms are allowed of any sort. Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be immediately terminated. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. There's a $100 penalty for a lost key fob.
