The condo features a modern kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, cutlery, cookware, microwave, glassware, silverware, and more, making it perfect for group meals. The living room offers balcony access, couches, side chairs, a flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan for your comfort. Additionally, a washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Pets are welcome with a fee of $200 per pet, with a limit of 2 pets unless otherwise approved. There is a weight limit of 25lbs and restricted breeds include Pit Bull, Doberman, Rottweiler, and German Shepherd. Pet registration is required, and pets must wear a current rabies tag when walking on the premises. Parking is limited to a maximum of 2 vehicles per condo. Check-in is at 4:00 PM with contactless entry, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A unique entry code will be sent 10 minutes prior to check-in for a seamless arrival. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property, with a $500 fine for indoor smoking. Parties and special events are not permitted unless arranged and approved in writing by management prior to arrival.
