A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Enjoy access to three pools, including one heated pool (November 1st to April 30th), a tiki bar and deli (Stingrays), pickleball and tennis courts, shuffleboard, beach volleyball, a fitness center, and beachfront picnic and grill areas. Pets are welcome with a fee of $200 per pet (limit of 2 unless otherwise approved). Explore the best attractions near Panama City Beach, including Pier Park, St. Andrews State Park, Shell Island, and Shipwreck Island Waterpark. Savor the best of Panama City Beach dining at Firefly, Schooners, Pineapple Willy’s, Grand Marlin, and Dat Cajun Place, all just minutes from the condo. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property, and a $500 fine will be charged for indoor smoking, plus any necessary cleaning or damage repairs. Pets must wear a current rabies tag when walking on the premises. Management reserves the right to request proof of vaccination in cases of aggressive behavior or if a pet bites another guest. Starting after Labor Day (September 2, 2025), the A Building at Dunes of Panama will undergo scheduled Milestone Exterior Repairs. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CT). Renovations are currently focused on the exterior of the building and will not affect the interior of your unit. However, balcony access will be restricted at times, and work on the balconies may impact your stay. In addition, certain walkways will be temporarily closed for major renovations, which may limit access to your condo. Guests must be over 25 to book this property.
