The property is not pet-friendly. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property, with a $500 fine for indoor smoking plus any necessary cleaning or damage repairs. Guests must be over 25 to book this property. Check-in is at 4:00 PM with contactless entry, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late checkouts may result in additional charges. Noise levels should be kept low between 10 PM and 8 AM. Starting after Labor Day, the A Building at Dunes of Panama will undergo scheduled exterior repairs, which may temporarily close some balconies. A $100 fee per unauthorized guest per night will apply, and the stay may be terminated without refund if unauthorized guests are discovered.
