The condo offers a modern kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, cutlery, cookware, microwave, glassware, silverware, and more. The dining area provides spacious seating, perfect for group meals, and a washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. The living room features balcony access, couches and side chairs, a flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan. Covered parking is available for your convenience. Enjoy access to three pools, including one heated pool from November 1st to April 30th, a fitness center, and beachfront picnic and grill areas. Engage in outdoor activities with pickleball and tennis courts, shuffleboard, and beach volleyball. The Tiki Bar and Deli offer food, drinks, and live entertainment. Explore some of the best attractions near Panama City Beach, including Pier Park, a premier shopping and entertainment hub with restaurants, boutiques, and a movie theater. Visit St. Andrews State Park for scenic trails, kayaking, and wildlife viewing, or take a short boat ride to Shell Island, a secluded beach paradise. Family-friendly fun awaits at Shipwreck Island Waterpark with water slides, lazy rivers, and splash zones. Savor local dining at Firefly, Schooners, Pineapple Willy’s, Grand Marlin, and Dat Cajun Place, all just minutes from the condo. The property is not pet-friendly and smoking is not permitted inside the condo. A $500 fine will be charged for indoor smoking, plus any necessary cleaning or damage repairs. Check-in is at 4:00 PM with contactless entry, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A unique entry code will be sent 10 minutes prior to check-in for a seamless arrival. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees. Please respect our neighbors and maintain low noise levels between 10 PM and 8 AM. Repeat violations or excessive noise complaints may result in fines or immediate eviction without refund. Starting after Labor Day (September 2, 2025), the A Building at Dunes of Panama will undergo scheduled Milestone Exterior Repairs, which may temporarily close or lock some balconies while work is being completed on the unit’s exterior. Stay connected with high-speed WiFi throughout the home and smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows. The condo is ideal for remote work, offering comfortable spaces for working remotely if needed.
