Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property, with a $500 fine for indoor smoking. Check-in is at 4:00 PM with contactless entry, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A unique entry code will be sent 10 minutes prior to check-in. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees. Please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Starting August 4, 2025, the building will undergo scheduled exterior repairs, which may restrict balcony access and limit access to the condo at times. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs, perfect for streaming your favorite shows. The condo is ideal for remote work with comfortable spaces for working remotely if needed.
