A $500 fine per pet will apply if a pet is brought without disclosure, fee payment, or completion of the required pet registration form prior to check-in. Maximum of 2 vehicles are permitted per condo. Check-in is at 4:00 PM with contactless entry, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Ideal for remote work, this condo offers comfortable spaces and high-speed Wi-Fi for staying connected. Smart TVs are perfect for streaming your favorite shows. Starting after Labor Day (September 2, 2025), the A Building at Dunes of Panama will undergo scheduled Milestone Exterior Repairs. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CT). Renovations are currently focused on the exterior of the building and will not affect the interior of your unit. However, please note that balcony access will be restricted at times, and work on the balconies may impact your stay. In addition, certain walkways will be temporarily closed for major renovations, which may limit access to your condo.
