This property boasts five beautifully appointed bedrooms, ensuring that each guest enjoys a restful night's sleep. Crisp linens, plush bedding, and comfortable mattresses characterize these inviting spaces. With three well-appointed bathrooms, there's no need to wait in line for your turn. Equipped with modern fixtures and pristine cleanliness, the bathrooms offer both convenience and luxury. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample space for culinary creativity. There are two dining areas for enjoying meals together and sharing stories. Step outside to a private porch where you can take in the fresh air, enjoy al fresco dining, or gather around the table for evening conversations. The well-maintained yard provides ample space for yard games. There are cornhole boards and a gas grill for your enjoyment as well. Ample parking space ensures that everyone in your group can easily access the property. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but just send the receipt for reimbursement. If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Beyond the beach, Port Clinton offers an array of activities to suit various interests. Explore charming local shops, indulge in fresh seafood at nearby restaurants, or embark on water-based adventures such as boating, fishing, and sailing. Be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. There are decibel readers that track noise levels outside, and there is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. Smoking outside is permitted, but if smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. Remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean. If you violate any house rules, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.
