This home offers a comfy living area, a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. Enjoy the convenience of a free washer and dryer and relax in the outdoor pool loungers. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to make a big breakfast before an adventure-filled day in Orlando. The family room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and ample seating. Indulge in the luxury of a private pool in your own backyard while soaking up the Florida sun. Enjoy exclusive access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. Located near theme parks, this vacation home is a short drive from many popular attractions. Disney Springs and Old Town are worth checking out for shopping, while Walt Disney World Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park are must-see destinations. Disney's Hollywood Studios and Epcot are also nearby. The home is 25 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Universal Studios, and 25 minutes from SeaWorld. Everything you need is at your fingertips, with world-class meals and many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Solterra Resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an IMAX movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests is 13 at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 4 per reservation. Up to 2 cars may park in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of it could result in fines up to $300. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. [SI]
