Local attractions include McDowell Nature Preserve & Campground, Carowinds, Copperhead Island, Big Rock Nature Preserve, Ballantyne Village, Charlotte Premium Outlets, Rivergate Shopping Center, Topgolf Charlotte, U.S. National Whitewater Center, Lake Wylie, and Quail Hollow Golf Course. Guests agree to observe quiet hours between 9 pm and 8 am. No smoking of any kind is allowed in the unit and on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove the smoke odor.
