The property offers a large driveway for 3 cars with access to the garage space for covered parking. Guests must purchase their own propane tank for the BBQ and fire pit, as they are not included. The grill is a charcoal BBQ grill. Situated in the South Side, one of the safest neighborhoods in Corpus Christi, you'll find peace, quiet, and comfort during your stay. Enjoy quick access to SPID and local attractions, with destinations like HEB, Botanical Gardens, and Alamo Drafthouse just 5 minutes away. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM, with no loud music or noises allowed in the exterior or pool area. Violations may result in enforcement by local authorities and eviction without a refund. The pool is unheated and guests swim at their own risk, with no lifeguard on duty. Supervision is required for children and non-swimmers. Guests are encouraged to bring their own life jackets and flotation devices. No diving is allowed, and guests should maintain hygiene by showering before and after pool use. A mid-stay cleaning is required for stays over 7 nights, with the fee collected after booking.
