Parking is available on the premises and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals for an additional fee of $20 per night. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. This vibrant area is home to numerous award-winning restaurants, shops, historic landmarks, and attractions. From this prime location, exploring Glendale and the surrounding region is easy and convenient. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy; if there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property; if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are security cameras in the hallways for security. There are noise monitors installed in the unit that measures the noise levels in decibels; if tampered with, there will be a fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee.
