The spacious living room offers a perfect blend of coziness and luxury with high ceilings, a wall-mounted TV, and an open-concept layout. Free parking is available with room in the garage for 2 vehicles and additional parking on the driveway. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, and early check-in and late check-out options are available for a small additional fee. Welcome to Lake Dallas, located on the shores of Lewisville Lake. This resort community offers a unique charm with plenty of lakeside adventures and recreational activities. Enjoy a peaceful retreat with activities like fishing, skiing, kayaking, and exploring nature trails. Nearby attractions include Lewisville Lake, Lake Dallas City Park, and Highland Village shopping center. For those interested in exploring the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex, noteworthy attractions include the ICR Discovery Center for Science & Earth History and the Mandalay Canal Walk at Las Colinas. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances. The fireplace is gas operated and should not be left unattended. We offer plenty of body towels, but guests are encouraged to bring their own pool towels.
