This entire rental unit offers six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms across a thoughtfully laid-out home designed for groups who want space to gather and room to unwind. Two large living areas create flexibility for downtime, whether some of you are watching TV while others settle into the game console or theater set-up. Air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year-round. The full kitchen is designed for easy group meals, from quick breakfasts before heading out to relaxed dinners back at home. With a dining table and plenty of space to prepare meals, cooking together becomes part of the experience. A washer and dryer are also available to keep things simple during longer stays. Enjoy movie nights in the cinema-style set-up, spend time with the game console, or head outdoors to the pool and hot tub. The patio or balcony and outdoor furniture provide a comfortable spot to unwind after a full day, while the BBQ grill makes casual outdoor meals easy. Free parking is available, including a garage and street parking. A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit for one house-trained dog, with written notification and host approval required. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For 1-night reservations, guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). Includes a cinema-style set-up and game console. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, detergent pods for up to two (2) loads are provided. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are available. A coffee maker is available, however, coffee is not.
