Perfect for up to 10 guests, this 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home offers the ideal setting for families and friends seeking both relaxation and adventure. The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with high-end stainless appliances, a large fridge, and ample cabinetry, making it perfect for preparing meals. The living room features a smart TV, a large leather sofa, expansive windows, and an open floor concept that flows into the kitchen and dining area. The heated pool is available for $100 per night, and it can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature. Please note that the pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay, and a 3-day notice is required before your arrival. Up to two dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, but no cats, please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area, providing a convenient alternative to driving. Renting a car is also a convenient option to explore the area at your own pace, making it easy to visit the many shopping centers, restaurants, and other points of interest nearby. Guests have access to the entire house, except for the locked owner’s closet, via keypad entry. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. You must be over 21 years old to book this listing. Absolutely no parties are allowed, as this is grounds for termination. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to ensure respect for the neighbors.
