Pool and spa heating can be added for an additional $50 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. One house-trained dog is welcome with prior written notification and host approval, subject to a pet fee and up to a $150 security deposit. Due to Florida's climate, humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence. The home is professionally sprayed for pests. The home is not baby-proofed. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please remove shoes indoors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
