The home includes a dining table with 4 chairs plus 2 extra folding chairs, and 2 bar stools. Entertainment is provided by 3 TVs: 1 basic cable, 1 Roku, and 1 Amazon Fire. Complimentary beach gear and towels are provided. The fenced-in backyard is pet friendly. Naples Park is conveniently located near world-class shopping and dining on 5th Avenue, and gorgeous white sand beaches. The roads are well-signed and easy to navigate whether by car or bicycle, with access to UBER and RideShare. Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM unless otherwise agreed prior to arrival. Place both recycling and trash bins at the street the night before pickup on Fridays, and place the trash bin only on Tuesdays. Do not put trash in the recycling bin; if removal is required, a fee will be charged. Always close umbrellas when not in use to prevent wind damage. Shake off sand and rinse beach equipment before returning them to storage. Turn off lights when leaving the house. The A/C may be set as low as 72°F; lower settings can freeze the system. Keep all windows and sliders closed while the A/C is running. Please leave ceiling fans on at all times when possible. Clean the dryer lint trap after each use.
