Whether you're planning a family escape, a group getaway, or a multi-generational vacation, there's something here for everyone. Challenge your crew to a round of bocce ball, air hockey, ping pong, pool, or arcade games in the game room, or enjoy some laughs on the private putt-putt course. Wind down with your favorite drink at the tiki bar or cool off with a refreshing swim in the private pool. Dine al fresco in the outdoor dining area, fire up the BBQ, and enjoy Florida’s famous golden hour from one of the many outdoor lounge spots. Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and comfortable common spaces to relax or connect. Fitness enthusiasts will love the on-site Peloton, making it easy to stay active even while on vacation. And when you're ready to explore, grab one of the four beach cruisers and hit the beach, just under a mile away. The heated pool is available for $100 per night and can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature. We recommend heating the pool between October and May. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, and we kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog. Parking is available in the driveway and street for up to 4 cars. Renting a car is convenient for exploring, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties are allowed, and violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am to maintain a respectful environment for neighbors. An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor the cleaning team for quality and security purposes. Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including signing a rental agreement and providing a valid ID and matching credit card. A non-refundable $50 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay, provided it is reported before check-out.
