The pool is not heated and is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The usage of the pool is under the renter's own risk and responsibility. Security cameras are installed at the front door overlooking the yard and in front of the garage facing the cars, recording 24/7. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards and check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. Unregistered guests are not allowed and extra guests spending the night that are not accounted for could generate extra fees. All cars must be parked in the property’s garage and/or driveway as street parking is strictly forbidden. Drugs and inappropriate behavior are not allowed on the property. Garbage is picked up on certain days by the city, and guests will be informed the night before to leave the trash out from 7 p.m. onwards. Stained sheets or towels and damaged items must be paid for to replace them.
