There is a strict no smoking policy inside the condo or on the balcony. The heating and cooling system runs off a boiler system; when the weather outside is below 68 degrees, the heat will automatically turn on. If you'd like hot air to stop blowing, simply turn the system off and open the balcony door to cool the space. Extra linen fee of $40 for the sleeper sofa. The unit is not childproofed. Guests must be over 22 to book and stay on the property. Check-in time is 4pm or after, and check-out time is 10am. This house is professionally managed by a third-party to verify identity and check criminal databases.
