It features a full kitchen, complete with all the essentials, and a comfortable king-size bed. The living area includes a sofa that converts into a bed. With a TV, closet and dresser, you'll have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Guests have access to a range of amenities and facilities during their stay, including private beach access, an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a modern elevator, shuffleboard courts, outdoor picnic and grilling areas, free parking, and on-site laundry facilities. The condo itself is fully equipped with modern amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs. Extra linens are available for the sleeper sofa for an additional fee of $40 if requested before 5 PM. Okaloosa Island is a lovely beach community located in the Florida Panhandle, surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico to the south and Choctawhatchee Bay to the north, offering breathtaking views and a wide variety of outdoor activities. Guests must be over 22 to book and stay on the property. There is a $500 fee for smoke damage if any sign or smell of smoke is detected after check-out. Pets are not allowed at this property.
