This fun, family-friendly neighborhood offers a relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience. There is a strict no-smoking policy inside the condo or on the balcony. The property has a strict policy on noise levels, so please be considerate of your neighbors. A starter kit of basic supplies is provided, and guests may need to purchase additional supplies depending on the length of their stay. The heating and cooling system runs off a boiler system; when the weather is below 68 degrees, the heat will automatically turn on. To stop hot air from blowing, turn the system off and open the balcony door. Extra blankets or pillows can be provided for a fee of $40, as extra linens are not stocked for the sleeper sofa. The unit is not childproofed. Guests must be over 22 to book and stay on the property.
