The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, a glass stove, an integrated oven, a silent dishwasher, an integrated microwave, dishes, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The spacious bedroom includes a hairdryer, an electronic safe within the suite, an iron/ironing board, and TVs. Self-parking is available in the garage with rates ranging from $20 for up to 1 hour to $315 for up to 7 days (taxes and fees not included). A pack & play crib is available upon request. This is a pet-friendly property, welcoming one pet per unit for free; additional pets may incur fees. Service animals are always welcome. Located along North Ocean Drive in the lively community of Hollywood Beach, this apartment puts you at the heart of the action. It's within walking distance of the famous Hollywood Beach Boardwalk and the beach, offering access to exciting activities like Jet Skiing, Fishing, Sailing, Biking, and Golf. The Boardwalk, paved with bricks, spans two and a half miles and is lined with bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shops. South Beach and Miami are a short drive away. Please note that swimming is at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. For your safety, no diving or running is permitted. The property management is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur while using the pool or surrounding areas. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to prevent condensation and property damage. A resort fee will be charged at check-in and is not included. A registration fee of $50 (one-time only) will be charged at check-in. You can check-in at any time after 4 PM and check-out at any time before 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon inquiry. You may experience increased noise levels due to nearby construction.
