The kitchen is equipped with a stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, dishes, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The spacious bedroom includes a hairdryer, an iron/ironing board, and TVs. Enjoy ceramic floors, electronic door locks, European-style cabinetry, and modern designer fixtures and faucets. The bathroom comes with toiletries, towels, and a hairdryer. Self-parking is available in the garage with rates varying from $20 for up to 1 hour to $315 for up to 7 days, with taxes and fees not included. A pack & play crib is available upon request. This is a pet-friendly property, welcoming one pet per unit for free, with potential fees for additional pets and a 25 lbs limit (does not apply to ESA animals). Located along North Ocean Drive in the lively community of Hollywood Beach, this apartment is at the heart of the action. It's within walking distance of the famous Hollywood Beach Boardwalk and the beach, offering exciting activities like Jet Skiing, Fishing, Sailing, Biking, and Golf. The Boardwalk, paved with bricks, spans two and a half miles and is lined with bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shops. South Beach and Miami are a short drive away. Please note that swimming is at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Keep all doors closed when the air conditioning is on to prevent condensation and property damage. You may experience increased noise levels due to nearby construction. The public beach and Hollywood Beach Boardwalk do not allow pets, but service animals are always welcome. Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is before 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon inquiry. A resort fee will be charged at check-in and is not included. A registration fee of $50 (one-time only) and a $100 security deposit hold will be authorized at check-in. ?Registration fee: $50 (one time only).?Parking is not included in the listing.
