It features a king-size bed, a balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, dishes, coffee maker, and toaster. The spacious bedroom includes a hairdryer, an electronic safe, an iron/ironing board, and TVs. Enjoy luxurious designer fixtures, European-style cabinetry, and ceramic floors throughout. Self-parking is available in the garage with rates varying by duration, from $20 for up to 1 hour to $315 for up to 7 days, plus taxes and fees. A one-time registration fee of $50 is charged at check-in. Pack & Play cribs are available upon request. This is a pet-friendly property, welcoming one pet per unit for free, with potential fees for additional pets. Please note there is a 25 lbs limit for pets, which does not apply to ESA animals. Located along North Ocean Drive in the lively community of Hollywood Beach, this apartment puts you at the heart of the action. It's within walking distance of the famous Hollywood Beach "Broadwalk" and the beach, offering easy access to exciting activities like jet skiing, fishing, boating, biking, and golf. The "Broadwalk" itself is a 2.5-mile stretch of bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shops, providing a unique local experience. South Beach and Miami are also a short drive away. Please be aware that you may experience increased noise levels due to nearby construction. Swimming is at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty, and children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Please keep all doors closed when the air conditioning is on to prevent condensation and property damage. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is any time before 11 AM. An early check-in or late check-out may be available upon inquiry. A $100 security deposit hold is placed at check-in and released after check-out. A resort fee will be charged at check-in and is not included in the booking price. ?Registration fee: $50 (one time only).?Parking is not included in the listing.
