The newly remodeled kitchen has all new appliances and is very well equipped with a range of equipment and utensils. Pool heating is available for a fee of 40 dollars a day with a 2-day minimum. The villa has a garage that can accommodate two cars and a driveway that can also accommodate two cars. The Indian Ridge community offers additional amenities with a large community pool, tennis courts, and a children's play area, all within a one-minute walk of the property. Apart from all that Disney has to offer, attractions like outlet shopping, dining, supermarkets, and nightlife are very close to the villa, while Universal Studios and Sea World are a short drive away. Walmart and Target are both within a couple of miles, as is all the entertainment on offer at Margaritaville Resort and its new water park, Island H2O. Major roadways are easily accessible, ensuring a quick drive to all that Kissimmee and the greater Orlando area have to offer. Enjoy MargaritaVille Sunset walk 5 minutes away or go to Oldtown Kissimmee and experience all kinds of fun. Walt Disney World is 4.5 miles away, Universal Studios is 19 miles, Sea World is 16.5 miles, Shopping Outlet is 12 miles, and Orlando Airport is 26 miles. Pets are prohibited, and for any exceptions, please talk to the host. Guests will have the entire house to themselves. A 24-hour host is on-site if needed.
