Nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood in the heart of Loves Park, this home offers the perfect blend of suburban serenity and convenient access to everything you need. You'll enjoy easy access to nearby parks, local shopping and dining options. Downtown Rockford is 10 minutes by car, Chicago O'Hare Airport is 90 minutes away, and easy access to major roads including Alpine Road and North Second Street. Rockford City Lines provides local bus service, and rideshare services are readily available. Check-out time is 11 am (unless otherwise approved). Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Unapproved parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $100, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. This home is equipped with noise detection monitors. There's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. Unauthorized animal/pet fee: $250. Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine. Please leave all sheets on the bed. If linens are laundered by guests and subsequently damaged, we regretfully must charge for their replacement. Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property, can result in a fine of up to $1000 and/or eviction from the property. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time. [SI]
