The full kitchen includes the essentials you need for preparing meals, with stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. A large living area brings everyone together, while the washer and dryer provide everyday convenience during longer stays. Pool heat is available for $35 per day of stay, and advance notice is required. Located in Reunion Resort, this home places you within a short drive of major attractions, including Magic Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal. The gated community offers a peaceful setting with golf courses, walking areas, and convenient access to nearby restaurants, water parks, and local activities. Driving slowly and watching for golf carts is encouraged, as many full-time residents enjoy the neighborhood paths. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A written notification and approval are required to bring one house-trained dog, and a pet fee will be applied. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
