Enjoy direct access to an outdoor parking space. Window AC units are provided during the summer months, and you’ll have full control of the thermostat during the winter months. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee due to special cleaning requirements after your stay. Guests bringing pets will need to sign a pet contract. Parking is available at $10 per night and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space, as it is on a first-come, first-served basis. A Pack 'n Play and high chair are available upon request for $10 per night. For stays of 28 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged. Just a 1-minute walk to the 60 bus and a 5-7 minute walk to the Green Line D train at Brookline Hill Stop. There is a $150 lost key fee and a $100 lockout fee. Self check-in and check-out are available, and a welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival, including property information. Arrival instructions with a navigational application will be sent three days before arrival.
