Designed for a comfortable cozy atmosphere with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, there’s plenty of space to accommodate parties of up to 8. The home caters to both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accommodations for your team during an extended project in the area, this home provides a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, with standard appliances such as an oven, fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, along with cooking essentials, place settings, and dining utensils. The living area is decorated with curated decor and artwork to create an inviting environment, featuring comfortable couches, a designer rug, coffee tables, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The dedicated atrium-style dining room offers a dinner table with seating for 8, place settings, and dining utensils, with decor and artwork for a restaurant-like feel. The bedrooms offer a total of 4 rooms featuring king, queen, and twin beds, all with nightstands, bedside lamps, and decorative artwork. The home also includes 2 full private bathrooms with standing showers. The backyard is a private retreat featuring a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with pristine landscaping, fully fenced for your privacy. Free parking is available to guests in the 2-car garage and driveway. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer available for your use if needed. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Conveniently located a stone's throw from the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Allen is a vibrant city known for its amazing quality of life. With 1,196 acres of parkland, more than 70 miles of trails, 60 parks, and multiple golf courses, it's known for its outdoors. The area features 3 unique shopping destinations, more than 250 restaurants to choose from, and plenty of arts and culture. Highlights include Allen Premium Outlets, a shopping center featuring an impressive collection of the finest brands at discounted prices, Watters Creek, a lovely spot where locals come to enjoy public art, water views, green space, restaurants, and events, Celebration Park, a local park with great running trails, clean facilities, and a variety of activities, and Eagle Stadium, an 18,000-seat football stadium that provides an amazing "Friday Night Lights" experience. We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. Only registered guests are allowed over while renting the property. A noise alert device is installed to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, ensuring a good neighbor policy. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. Pets should be discussed in advance, and only house-trained pets are allowed. Pet cleaning fees apply. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. A laptop computer is not included. The fireplace is currently inoperable. We offer plenty of body towels for your use, but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.
