Charlotte’s biggest and best fitness center, the Dowd Y, is only five minutes away, offering cardio equipment, weights, group classes, and swimming. A 7-day pass is available for $50. This apartment is dog-friendly, with a registration fee of $59 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. If not registered, a charge of $120 per dog applies. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or bed, and additional fees apply for any damage or waste left by pets.
