A transit stop a block away provides bus service to Uptown and SouthPark every 15-20 minutes, and the Lynx Blue Line light rail is only a 15-minute walk away, offering direct access to Uptown in 10 minutes. This unit is equipped with window A/C units, not central air. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation, and this rule is strictly enforced. Smoking is prohibited, and an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred if any signs of smoking are found. Parties are prohibited, and quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM must be respected. If quiet hours are violated, the reservation will be canceled, and guests will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund.
