Our 24/7 call center is ready to assist during your stay, ensuring an unforgettable experience! The sleeping arrangements of this single-level home are as follows: all in first floor. Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Bedroom 3: 2 Twin-Over-Twin Bunk Beds, Bedroom 4: 2 Queen-Over-Queen Bunk Beds. All Linens and towels provided. Kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area and breakfast nook. Pets are welcome with a fee of USD 150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for 7 or more guests, with a USD 39/night fee for each additional guest. The fourth bedroom will only be opened for groups of 12 or more guests. The house is conveniently located close to popular spots such as museums, amusement parks, and the ATT stadium. The beautiful house is located in a safe and peaceful neighborhood. There are many things to do in the surrounding areas. Mcdonalds, Starbucks, IHOP and more shops are just 1.3 miles away. There is a CVS 1.8 miles away and you will be able to do all your grocery shoppings at our nearest Wal-Mart which is located 1.9 miles away. The pool and hot tub (out of service) are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. Security cameras are installed for safety purposes at the front door facing the front yard and in front of the garage facing the cars, recording 24/7 for security purposes not inside the house to keep your privacy. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards and check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. All cars must be parked in the property’s garage and/or driveway. Street parking is strictly forbidden. Garbage is only picked up on certain days by the city, and guests will be informed the night before so they may leave the trash out from 7 pm onwards for pick-up at 7 am the next day. House-trained pets are allowed with a $100 USD fee per pet which is added to the reservation’s nightly rate. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them.
