The property offers plenty of parking for up to 3 vehicles. Bicycles are available for rent during your stay, which can be arranged during your pre-arrival registration. Boat slips are also available for rent for guests with their own boats. Located in a quiet, residential, waterfront neighborhood in the Sparrows Point area, the home is just minutes from the Sparrows Point Golf Course, Country Club, and marina. Guests have access to most of the property except for the locked closet in the master bedroom and the large outdoor shed that stores additional supplies. The boat lifts are off limits unless renting the slip for your own boat. Prior to check-in, primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival registration to provide travel-related information and understand the property rental terms. Early check-in and late checkout are available for an additional fee of $75, subject to availability. Interaction with the host is primarily through the app for privacy, but phone communication is available in emergencies. Property damage protection is included for minor damages, with any excess charges being the guest's responsibility.
