Ideal for families and groups, it offers everything from high-speed internet and an office space for those needing to stay connected, to a dedicated theater area for movie nights or cheering on your favorite team. The gourmet kitchen is perfect for family breakfasts, and the enclosed garage provides ample space for your vehicles. Enjoy indoor and outdoor entertainment with yard games, an indoor game room, and an outdoor fire pit with the majestic Tetons as your backdrop. A brand new hot tub on the back deck allows you to soak in stunning views of the Tetons after a day of adventure. Traveling with small children or babies? A pack 'n' play, stroller, high chair, and baby bottles are available for rent. Please inquire about your specific needs. With easy access to Highway 32, a short 16-minute drive brings you to Driggs, the charming heart of Teton Valley. Local Driggs attractions include numerous delicious restaurants, snowmobile tours, ski, snowshoe, and mountain bike rentals, canoe and kayak rentals, pickleball courts, yoga studios, fitness centers, cute shops, fishing tours, hot air ballooning, hiking trails, and more. The nearby town of Tetonia is just 5 minutes away, featuring Tetonia Grinders Coffee, a local pub, and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Other nearby attractions include Rexburg Rapids, St. Anthony Sand Dunes, ice skating in Victor, and the Green Canyon Hot Springs. Distances to national parks include Yellowstone - West Entrance (1 hr 29 min), Yellowstone - South Entrance (2 hr 17 min), and Grand Teton (1 hr 10 min). You can also access hiking and outdoor activities in the Tetons here in Teton Valley, affectionately called the quiet side of the Tetons. We have a no-pets policy due to severe allergies and no events are allowed, including parties, large gatherings, and weddings. For your safety, security cameras are at the home's entryways. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, and no smoking or vaping is allowed in the home or on the decks. An additional charge will be applied if any smoking evidence is found on the property. Please turn all exterior lights off at night, as the dark skies are part of the beauty of our valley. A maximum of four licensed vehicles is allowed in the driveway and garages. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. Please do not burn candles or incense in the home and no fireworks are allowed on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. Fines will apply for violations, including leaving garbage in the house or litter on the grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of the hot tub, or violations of local laws. A minimum $500 fine applies for smoking/vaping/marijuana in the house or garage, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time. Includes high-speed internet and an office space for those needing to stay connected.
