When it's time to rest, choose from four beds: a king-size bed in the primary bedroom with an attached bathroom, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the third bedroom, and a queen-size pull-out couch in the living room. The private backyard offers a grill, dining table, picnic table, seating, string lights, and a fire pit. This property is pet-friendly, allowing dogs with a maximum of three, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. The home is also kid-friendly, offering a Pack 'n Play and children's dinnerware. Additionally, there are bike racks in the garage for MTB enthusiasts. Bentonville is home to Northwest Arkansas' premier mountain bike trails, restaurants, and museums. This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of three, and requires a fee of $90 per dog. Dogs without prior notice or cats will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
