No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. If pets are brought without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times.
