The property is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination and a $500 fine. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. Pets are allowed with a maximum of 2 dogs (40lbs combined) and an additional pet fee based on stay length. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined. Guests must provide a valid photo ID and agree to a rental usage agreement.
