Optional services to enhance your stay include mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available. Additional fees apply. Max two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs are allowed, with an additional $100 to $300 pet fee based on stay length. ESA (Emotional Support Animal) may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. The Showboat building boasts a prime position directly on the beach and boardwalk. Key attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk and beach are conveniently located just downstairs. Additionally, within the Showboat building itself, the newly established 85,000 sqft Lucky Snake arcade offers a range of exciting options including arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. Taxis and rideshare services are readily available around the clock. All properties are smoke-free environments. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests without permission. One towel per guest per stay. Valid photo ID required to complete the booking. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day.
