Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and noise levels are monitored with decibel sensors. Guests must be at least 22 years old to book, and a valid photo ID is required. Long-term stays over 30 days are subject to a background and credit check.
