Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets (40 lbs combined) and an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. ESA (Emotional Support Animal) may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout are available for additional fees. The Showboat building boasts a prime position directly on the beach and boardwalk. Key attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk and beach are conveniently located just downstairs. Additionally, within the Showboat building itself, the newly established 85,000 sqft Lucky Snake arcade offers a range of exciting options including arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. Other easily accessible or nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Taxis and rideshare services are readily available around the clock. The property is a smoke-free environment. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
