This unit is complete with all the amenities for a comfortable stay, including a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed and complimentary coffee. You can also access the fitness center. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. A washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load, payable by app. One complimentary parking spot is provided per reservation. Mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for an additional fee. The Showboat building enjoys a premier location right on the beach and boardwalk, with major attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk/beach just steps away. Within the Showboat building, the newly opened 85,000 sqft Lucky Snake arcade provides a plethora of thrilling options, from arcade games to go-karting and rock climbing. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza and Brigantine Town Center. Conveniently situated along the beach and boardwalk, the Showboat building occupies a coveted location. With taxis and rideshare services easily accessible, guests can explore with ease. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [similar breed]. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length is collected separately. [SI]
