A queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room is perfect for kids or extra guests. There are two full bathrooms with modern designs, including a walk-in shower in the primary bath and a tub in the hall bath. Enjoy the private balcony to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze or enjoy a meal outdoors. An outdoor shower is available for convenient post-beach day clean up. This home is equipped with central heating and air, and a washer and dryer are in-unit for easy laundry during your stay. Please note that the fireplace is non-functioning and is for decorative purposes only. Off-street parking is available for two vehicles, plus free street parking in the neighborhood. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay.
